In this role, you lead the Accounting – Record to Report Lead function, ensure accurate financial reporting, and act as the key link between internal stakeholders and our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) RTR team
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for the Business Process Outsourcing RTR team
- Prepare manual ad‑hoc journal entries and corrections
- Perform analytical reviews of the balance sheet
- Validate balance sheet reconciliations
- Review and validate WHT and VAT reports
- Prepare GAAP reconciliations
- Draft and submit local statutory reports
- Provide information to tax authorities, regulators, and external auditors
- Provide information for Transfer Pricing documentation and disclosures
What we’re looking for:
- An accountant with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- In‑depth expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processes, including month‑end closing and financial reporting
- Experience with audit support and compliance with internal controls & risk management
- Ability to work independently, with strong self‑motivation and accountability
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and process optimization
