Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reporting, in relation with the other team members
- Handle daily operational activities (except A/P and A/R)
- Coordinate tax matters with Tax department support
- Ensure the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, reconciliations and reporting
- Ensure financial reporting policies, procedures and controls are documented and up to date
- Be a key member of the broader Finance team and especially with the FP&A team
- Work on preparing the financial statements for the local entities in your scope: France, US, Spain, Australia, Germany, UK, India with local CPA firms where relevant
- Assist in building a scalable and efficient global accounting and finance function
- Participate in finance projects
Qualifications:
- You own an accounting degree (Bac/ Bac+2)
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting is necessary preferably in SaaS environment
- English spoken role
- You speaks fluent French
- Netsuite experience is a plus
- Rigor, organization and communication skills will be key to succeed in this role
