Senior Accountant, OPEX

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

• Key Responsibilities
• General Ledger Management:
• oMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
• GAAP.
• oPrepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and expense allocations.
• oPerform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Month-End and Year-End Close:
• oAssist in the preparation and execution of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• oEnsure timely and accurate recording of all transactions.
• oAnalyze financial data and variances to provide insights into company performance.
• Financial Reporting:
• oSupport the preparation of internal and external financial statements.
• oProvide accurate schedules and reports to assist in audits and tax preparation.
• oCollaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with controls.
• Process Improvement:
• oIdentify and implement improvements in processes and systems to enhance efficiency and
• accuracy.
• oWork with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
• Compliance and Audit Support:
• oAssist in external audits, including preparing documentation and responding to auditor
• inquiries.
• oEnsure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or working toward CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on general ledger and financial
• reporting.
• SaaS industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite experience required).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or working toward CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on general ledger and financial
• reporting.
• SaaS industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite experience required).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
