• Vorbereitung und Abstimmung von Buchungen, Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen 
• Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen und Audits 
• Erstellung von Reports für deutsche Behörden (Bundesbank, Intrastat)
• Einhaltung von US GAAP und deutschem HGB mit der Möglichkeit, die jeweils andere Rechnungslegung im Job durch Training und Mentorship zu erlernen 
• Mitwirkung an internen Kontrollen (SOX) und Prozessen zur Bestandsführung, Rückstellungen und Compliance 
• Mitarbeit bei der Standardisierung globaler Finanzprozesse und Reports 

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung / Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Hochschulabschluss von Vorteil)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung 
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich fließend erforderlich) 
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP Systemen (Netsuite bevorzugt) sowie MS Excel / Outlook 
• Freude an Routinen, strukturierter Arbeitsweise und präziser Kommunikation 
• Lernbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit, sich neben dem Mentorship auch auch selbstständig neues Wissen anzueignen 
• Belastbarkeit in einem internationalen, agilen Konzernumfeld

In this role, you’ll help ensure our Finance Team delivers accurate financial data and insights that drive informed decision-making.

• Prepare and reconcile journal entries, monthly and annual financial statements
• Support tax audits and external audits
• Create reports for German authorities (Bundesbank, Intrastat)
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and German HGB – with the opportunity to learn the other standard through on-the-job training and mentorship
• Contribute to internal controls (SOX), inventory processes, accruals, and compliance
• Support the standardization of global finance processes and reporting

• Completed vocational training in accounting/finance or a comparable qualification (university degree is a plus)
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written)
• Confident working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), as well as MS Excel and Outlook
• Enjoyment of structured work, routines, and precise communication
• Willingness to learn and ability to acquire new knowledge independently alongside mentorship
• Resilience in an international, agile corporate environment
