We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant Manager to join our finance team. As a Senior Accountant Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the accounting operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
- Review financial transactions and reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage the monthly and annual closing process, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, industry trends, and changes in regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar accounting role, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus.
