募集職種 

Senior Accountant will take on broader responsibilities in financial operations, including payments processing, general ledger management, tax compliance, and financial analysis. A key priority for this role is inventory accounting, which involves conducting technical accounting evaluations and collaborating with relevant departments to design and implement optimal operational workflows. This role requires strong accounting expertise and the ability to collaborate across functions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

主な業務内容

• Oversee the preparation, review, and posting of journal entries to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
• Support tax-related matters, including filings, documentation, and coordination with tax advisors.
• Monitor accounts payable, ensuring timely processing and compliance with internal controls.
• Provide financial data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and ad-hoc requests from management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes in coordination with regional and global finance teams.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Manage inventory accounting matter which includes
  • Accounting Policy & Compliance: Review and implement accounting treatments in compliance with Group Accounting Policies and JGAAP.
  • KPI Management & Process Improvement: Monitor and manage inventory-related KPIs, and proactively propose operational improvements based on data analysis.
  • End-to-End Inventory Accounting: Take full ownership of all operations related to inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

応募資格 

基本資格 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.  
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in inventory accounting or cost accounting in logistics, retail, or manufacturing. 
• Strong knowledge of Japanese GAAP and inventory-related accounting practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory tracking tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
• Business-level in both Japanese and English
