Job Title: Senior Accountant – Intercompany & Consolidations
Department: 8200 – Finance Controller

Position Overview:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for key areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes in intercompany and consolidations, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations, as well as fluctuation analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Support monthly close and internal reporting process by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations and ensuring that financial statements are in compliance with US GAAP focusing on global intercompany relationships and eliminations.
- Perform month-end consolidations and confirm the elimination of intercompany transactions and foreign currency translation. Issue financial statements upon completion.
- Lead intercompany calls with the Europe office daily during close. Must be comfortable with communicating with senior leaders.
- Assist with completion of internal controls associated with transactional and reconciliation support.
- Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes and driving process improvements.
- Provide support to the General Accounting group related to posting cross company journal entries, fx rates and intercompany accounts.
- Provide support for accounting for new business initiatives and growth in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Assist with various projects and accounting matters and drive value within the business.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MSA or MBA a plus.
- 3-4 years of public accounting experience preferred.
- CPA preferred
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office Software, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Deadline oriented with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $74,200.00 - $111,550.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
