Job DescriptionJob Summary
- Review and oversee the preparation of NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and other private equity fund accounting deliverables while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and support Accountants and Junior Accountants by reviewing work, providing feedback, assigning workloads, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring adherence to client deadlines and quality standards.
- Act as a key liaison with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders by addressing queries, coordinating deliverables, escalating issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SSAE requirements, policies, procedures, and risk management standards through thorough reviews, error reporting, and corrective action implementation.
- Support fund onboarding, accounting system migrations (Investran/Paxus), workflow management, process improvements, and team development to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Qualified Professional Certification: Completed or pursuing CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
- Financial Services Experience: Prior experience working within Financial Services, Fund Administration, or Shared Services environments.
- Multinational Exposure: Experience working in a global or multinational organization with cross-border stakeholders and clients.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to travel and undertake international secondment opportunities as business needs require.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.

Skills Required
