About the opportunity
Play a key role in strengthening our North America Accounts Receivable operations. You ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and strong customer relationships while driving service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across end‑to‑end AR processes.
Your tasks include
Monitoring accounts receivable performance, executing effective collection strategies, and following up on overdue accounts to reduce outstanding balances.
Maintaining strong client relationships by resolving billing inquiries and disputes promptly and professionally.
Providing regular reports on billing and collection activities, analyzing trends, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Understanding business requirements and delivering AR services that align with operational and commercial needs.
Establishing sustainable routines for daily management, problem‑solving, and performance oversight.
Ensuring adherence to policies and DTPs while enabling improvements in quality, compliance, and service delivery.
Driving user experience and end‑to‑end process effectiveness by collaborating closely with key business stakeholders.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4–5 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting, with demonstrated success resolving billing and collection issues.
Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Excellent English communication abilities (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Skilled in communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, customer service, and problem‑solving.
- Willingness and ability to work permanently on a night shift schedule to support the US region.
