Kaseya is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to drive strategic growth within an established portfolio of customers. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding existing client relationships, identifying complex upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of managing larger accounts, exceeding revenue targets, and driving long-term customer value through consultative account management.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Growth
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by identifying and executing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across Kaseya’s product portfolio.
- Develop and implement account growth strategies that align with customer business objectives and drive incremental revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, executive stakeholders, and influencers within assigned accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and aligning Kaseya solutions with customer priorities and long-term goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews, account planning sessions, and executive-level meetings to uncover new opportunities and strengthen customer engagement.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and coordinate internal resources to maximize account growth and customer retention.
- Monitor customer adoption, usage trends, and business outcomes to identify risks and opportunities for expansion.
- Drive strategic initiatives to increase product adoption and maximize customer value realization.
- Consistently exceed assigned revenue targets through proactive account management and strategic opportunity development.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management while contributing to regional and organizational revenue objectives.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support expansion initiatives.
- Advocate for customer needs internally while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage account activity, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline health.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to support strategic planning and revenue forecasting.
- 3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or customer growth experience, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or IT solutions environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas and driving account expansion.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and develop strategic account plans.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
