Direct Agents is looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to lead client accounts, deliver standout campaigns, and build impactful relationships.
Compensation$85,000 – $95,000 base salary depending on experience, with annual compensation reviews based on performance. Potential semi-annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Client Leadership
- Own end-to-end client relationships as their primary strategic advisor and business partner
- Develop comprehensive understanding of client business models, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics
- Lead comprehensive quarterly business reviews—developing strategic narratives, coordinating content creation, ensuring quality standards, and managing delivery timelines
- Lead strategic planning sessions and QBRs with C-level stakeholders
- Proactively identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic account growth
- Navigate complex client challenges and serve as escalation point for critical issues
Advanced Campaign Strategy & Innovation
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies across all digital channels
