Responsibilities:
- Develop regional contact strategies and account development plans (ADPs) for allocated accounts.
- Demonstrate strategic understanding of customer business goals and communicate Enterprise Sales’ value proposition at board level.
- Integrate quality management processes into daily sales activities.
- Monitor performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure full compliance with license provisions, sector regulations, and competition laws.
- Provide accurate account data to the Sales Manager for planning and implementation tracking.
- Identify training needs and lead skills development for self and the virtual account team.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within enterprise solutions, preferably in the telecoms industry.
- Proven consultative selling skills with a customer-centric approach.
- High learning agility and ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.
- Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within enterprise solutions
- Experience in the telecoms industry (preferred)
