THE OPPORTUNITY
This is your chance to build and develop strong partnerships with Key Clinicians in the public and private settings, Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacists. You will work within a highly experienced cross-functional team with a ‘one team’ approach and a high level of support and resource.
Reporting to the New Zealand Lead you’ll be responsible for Oncology sales across New Zealand for Johnson & Johnson by developing tactical account plans to grow your business whilst contributing to the strategic business strategy.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity for review.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales and activity goals across New Zealand
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with targeted specialist customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to plan and implement key account management business plans to grow the Oncology portfolio in New Zealand
- Leverage relevant trends and insights to new business opportunities
- Optimise private program models, including operational workflows across private clinics
- Understand and communicate product and clinical material with confidence
ABOUT YOU
- A successful sales track record in selling ideally to hospital Specialists and other stakeholders, however if you aren’t in a pharmaceutical background currently, we still encourage you to apply
- Experience working in Oncology or Haematology is highly advantageous
- The ability to uncover customer needs, action insights and adapt your sales approach to suit
- A high level of business acumen is required with the proven ability to adopt an account management approach to the business and customer base
- A strategic mindset with sound competitor awareness
- High level EQ that facilitates you working well autonomously and as part of a team; and personal commitment to being the best you can be, for our patients, our customers and our company
