We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive, Corporate Reputation to join our Amsterdam team. This is an opportunity for a corporate communications professional to work on high-profile client assignments, contribute to integrated reputation programs and help companies and brands communicate clearly in complex public environments.

What You’ll DoSupport the delivery of integrated Corporate Reputation programs, including positioning, narratives, stakeholder mapping, media strategy, thought leadership and issues management
Act as a day-to-day client contact, helping coordinate requests, provide updates and ensure high-quality delivery
Conduct research and analysis to inform communications strategies, client recommendations and campaign development
Draft and edit communications materials, including press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, Q&As, presentations, executive content and client reports
Support media relations activity, including media research, outreach, spokesperson preparation, interview coordination and event support
Work with colleagues across PR, digital, social, content, earned media and stakeholder engagement to deliver integrated programs
Manage project timelines, action trackers and deliverables, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule
Monitor media, stakeholder and reputational developments and identify relevant insights for clients and account teams
Use research, analytics and performance data to evaluate activity and strengthen recommendations
Apply AI-enabled tools and Edelman’s responsible AI approach to support research, analysis, content development, media intelligence and campaign delivery, ensuring outputs are accurate, ethical, transparent and guided by human judgement
Support account administration and financial management, including time tracking, budget monitoring and preparation of status reports
Contribute ideas to organic growth, proposals, new business research and pitch preparation
Support and collaborate with junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to an inclusive and supportive team environment
Approximately three or more years of relevant experience in communications marketing, corporate communications, corporate reputation, public relations, strategic media relations or a related field
Experience supporting multiple client accounts, projects or communications workstreams
An understanding of how corporate reputation influences stakeholder trust and business outcomes
Experience contributing to reputation-building campaigns, media relations, thought leadership or issues-focused communications
Knowledge of the Dutch and international business media landscape
Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
Confidence communicating with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines, details and competing priorities
Experience working collaboratively across disciplines, markets or international teams
Curiosity about the relationship between Corporate Reputation, Public Affairs, Financial Communications, Sustainability, Brand, Consumer and Employee Engagement

Fluency in Dutch, which is required for this role

This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam. Edelman Amsterdam follows a hybrid approach, with employees expected to work at least 60% of their time from the office based on a full-time contract.
