Akcelo is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Sydney team. You will be responsible for supporting the account management team across key clients to deliver exceptional client service! 


With great progression, the chance to work with the latest technology and some of the world’s most famous brands, a normal day in the role of Senior Account Manager includes:

  • Building strong relationships internally, with clients, and agency partners – You are the go-to person across all parts of the creative process
  • Acting as an expert in managing the creative process and consistently deliver projects to budget, deadline and the highest quality
  • Being proactive and agile when managing the clients and internal teams, you ensure briefs come on time and the relevant resources are lined up
  • Interrogating briefs and driving feedback to ensure clarity and that the agency is set up for success
  • Being responsible for leading WIP meetings and set timings for projects, ensuring expectations are clear and met

To be in the running for this great role, you should have:

  • Advertising agency experience (at least 3-4 years) in an Account Management role
  • Ideally, strong integrated experience, but more importantly, be curious and excited to learn and be exposed to different capabilities within the agency (the work we do touches everything from Brand, Film, Digital, Social, Activations, PR, Retail, CX, Martech and customer lifecycle strategy)
  • Self-starter mindset who loves to solve problems
  • Buttoned down, highly organised, detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering all work to the highest standards
  • The drive and hunger to learn and develop alongside the business and your team
  • Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery
  • Contributes positively to the Akcelo culture and team spirit
  • Initiative - you see things that need doing and you take action
  • An open attitude and excited by change... you are a problem solver
