About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with the service team for a 12 month fixed parental leave contract, to take ownership of a portfolio of key service customers. This role is responsible for managing long‑term customer relationships, maximising service revenue, and identifying opportunities to grow KONE’s share of the customer lifecycle.
You will be measured on customer loyalty, retention, service growth and profitability while ensuring seamless collaboration across sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with strategically important customers within your territory.
Own and manage the service contract portfolio, including renewals, variations, and value‑adding solutions
Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction (NPS), sales funnel activity and report insights to management
Identify, develop and close opportunities to grow service revenue, modernisation and lifecycle solutions.
Negotiate commercial agreements
Actively manage customer issues, complaints and risks
About You
Proven experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development, ideally within services, building products, construction or technical industries.
Lift industry experience is desirable but not essential
Strong customer‑centric mindset and deliver value‑based solutions.
Confident managing complex, multi‑stakeholder accounts and long‑term contracts
Commercially astute with sound understanding of profitability, forecasting and sales funnel management
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
