Job Description:
The Senior Account Manager is a client partner responsible for leading key advertising and creative accounts across brand, digital, and social media campaigns. This role bridges clients and internal creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver impactful work that drives results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
• Act as the day-to-day lead for assigned accounts
• Build trusted relationships with client marketing, brand, and social teams
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and status calls with confidence
• Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions
Campaign Management
• Manage integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, and social media platforms
• Strong understanding of creative services, marketing services, media and paid, owned, and earned social
• Guide clients on best practices and trends
• Ensure creative and messaging are consistent across all touch points
Creative & Strategic Collaboration
• Write clear briefs for creative, social, and production teams
• Balance creative ambition with client objectives and budgets
• Partner with Strategy, Media, and Creative Directors to deliver best-in-class work
• Protect the creative integrity of the agency while meeting client needs
Account Growth & Management
• Identify upsell opportunities (campaign extensions, social content, new channels, new creative ideas..)
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope
Project & Stakeholder Management
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and resourcing across multiple work streams
• Manage feedback loops and ensure efficient approval processes
• Handle escalations and resolve issues calmly and professionally
Leadership & Mentorship
• Mentor Account Executives and Account Managers
• Set standards for client service excellence
• Contribute to agency processes and ways of working
Requirements
- 6–9 years’ experience in an integrated creative or advertising agency
- Proven experience leading brand, digital, and social accounts end-to-end
- Strong client-partner mindset with confidence managing senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of creative services, content, social, and paid/owned/earned ecosystems
- Ability to write clear, inspiring briefs and collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Media teams
- Track record of delivering integrated campaigns on time, on budget, and on scope
- Commercially minded, with experience identifying account growth and upsell opportunities
- Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams
- Natural mentor with experience guiding junior account team members
- Excellent communication skills; calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented
