Job SummaryThe Senior Account Manager will be responsible for sales and expansion within an existing client base as well as prospecting and closing new business opportunities. Expected to use a consultative sales approach to cultivate relationships with client decision makers, to problem solve with solution discovery, and ultimately negotiate contracts, support implementation efforts, and ensure smooth delivery of service. Will be responsible for helping the Account Managers identify and mitigate any client risk, as well as serve as an escalation point for any client or supplier issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains an expert understanding of the assigned customer’s organization, including management, leadership, and C-Suite teams.
- Serves as end-to-end subject matter expert of the Vendor Management Systems (VMS) Technology services and how best to position them as a solution to contingent labor challenges.
- Identifies sales and expansion opportunities through consultative discovery and solution-driven discussions with clients' key stakeholders.
- Works alongside the Workforce Solutions Sales Team on targeted outreach for new client sales opportunities.
- Performs outbound sales activity to drive strategic conversation to build sales pipeline
- Drives volume growth to achieve performance targets through expansion of services as well as new sales opportunities.
- Conducts onsite client visits as needed for business reviews and sales presentations.
- Builds strategic partnerships with other OneAMN service lines as well as supplier partners.

Education & Years of Experience
- Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
- Bachelor's Degree | Preferred
Additional Experience
- 5+ years in Sales, Account Management, Recruiting, and/or Operations
- Healthcare Sales/Staffing | Preferred
- Computer proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite | Required
- Prior VMS, HRIS, EMR technology | Preferred
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$62,000 - $77,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
