Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Video Services Go-To-Market team is accountable for the strategy, growth, and development of all marketing initiatives driving the DISH and SLING TV business annually. This team manages the campaigns and initiatives that tell our brand story, reach our target audiences, and drive our yearly sales goals. This is an exciting, dynamic role to have during an exciting time at Echostar, as we look to evolve our offerings based on the changing dynamics in the category.
Key Responsibilities:
- From strategy to delivery, manages projects from onset with channel owner through development with agency to delivery to media platform or partner
- Intakes creative briefs and requests, vets briefs for the creative team, and prioritizes with project managers for maximum agency efficiency
- Ability to manage complex projects under rapidly changing business dynamics. Essential to guiding projects through the creative development process
- Becomes subject matter expert on creative strategy for channels under their purview - including best practices, test & learn, and application of performance results to future creative development
- Maintain trusted working relationship with key channel leads; is face of channel to agency partners and within GTM; advocates for resources, makes recommendations, builds strong relationships across key stakeholders (both within Marketing and cross-enterprise)
- Communicates frequently with business partners and creatives to maintain critical project deadlines and priorities
- Supports all meetings with recap, feedback and next steps
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Sales or relevant field
- Marketing Generalist with experience across integrated go-to-market campaigns and creative projects including writing creative tactical briefs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to think strategically about both customer and market information; comfortable analyzing performance data to make creative optimization recommendations
- Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups including media channel owners and creative agencies
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team collaboration and promote enthusiasm; build trust with external and cross-functional partners
- Must be results-oriented and have an understanding of metrics and data
- Effective communication skills and comfortable presenting creative requests, giving creative feedback, and presenting creative recommendations

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
