Red River is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team! Red River views account management as an essential role which is directly accountable for client success.
The Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients within an industry vertical and will be responsible for:
- Managing the overall relationship with the client, serving as the client advocate within Red River, owning and maintaining client touchpoints, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Understanding the client’s business objectives and working with Red River and client leadership to align services in support of those objectives
- Assuring the successful completion of client onboarding and ongoing delivery of steady-state services
- Managing account financials including forecasting and performance to budget for revenue and profit
- Implementing a Client Stakeholder plan to strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders
- Informing client of new capabilities and developments within Red River and proposing ideas and solutions that will provide ongoing benefits to the client and improve the services
Requirements
- Executive level presence with experience interacting with C-suite
- Strong communication skills with experience discussing project deadlines, responsibilities and goals with clients
- Organizational and time management skills to stay ahead of regular deadlines and to organize projects, clients’ files and other important tasks
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly find creative solutions to any client issues that may arise
- Presentation skills to build strategies and report them clearly and professionally to both clients and employees
- Account management experience to operationalize value creation for Red River clients
- P&L management experience and order to cash management skills
- Proposal development experience
Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:
- BS Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Previous account management experience in a technical engagement with focus on Data Center, Network, Cloud Computing, Unified Communications, Cyber Security, Database Management.
Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Ability to achieve public trust clearance
- 5 years of management experience
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
- Ability to drive strategic direction
- Experience delivering third-party-provided services

- U.S. Citizenship Required
