Broadridge provides an opportunity to work closely with banks and larger financial institutions at the heart of front-office capital-markets activity. As Senior Account Manager, you will play a central role in developing trusted, long-term relationships with key clients and ensuring that Broadridge remains closely aligned with their evolving priorities.


This London-based role is suited to an experienced account-management professional with a strong understanding of equities, ETFs, and futures and options (F&O), together with practical awareness of market-making and RSP environments. You will combine commercial focus, client empathy, and market knowledge to support retention, growth, and meaningful client outcomes.


The Senior Account Manager will own relationships across a portfolio of banks, larger institutional clients, brokers, trading firms – across the sell-side. You will serve as a senior point of contact, understand each client’s front-office objectives, identify opportunities to deepen engagement, and coordinate internally to ensure effective account coverage.


The role is focused on front- and middle office capital-markets activity.


Key responsibilities
  • Own and develop strategic relationships with banks and larger institutional clients.
  • Build a detailed understanding of each client's business priorities, operating context, and front-office requirements.
  • Lead regular account engagement, including relationship reviews, opportunity discussions, and senior stakeholder meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, broader solution adoption, and deeper client partnerships.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally, coordinating with relevant teams to support client needs and commercial objectives.
  • Maintain a clear account plan for each priority relationship, including stakeholder mapping, engagement objectives, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the management of commercial discussions, renewals, and ongoing account activity.
  • Monitor relevant market developments across equities, ETFs, and F&O to maintain credible and relevant client conversations.
  • Contribute insight into market-making and RSP client needs to help strengthen Broadridge's client approach.
  • Maintain accurate account records, opportunity tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications and experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior account management, client relationship management, sales/ around 10 years in related commercial role within capital markets, financial technology, or a relevant front-office environment.
  • Strong market knowledge across equities, ETFs, and futures and options (F&O).
  • Practical understanding of market-making and RSP business areas.
  • Experience working with banks and larger institutional clients.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and progress account-growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and organisational skills.
  • Based in, or able to work from London.
