This is a relationship-driven account management and growth role focused on expanding revenue within an existing portfolio of automotive dealership partners. You will own a book of business, drive same-store sales growth, reduce churn, and leverage strong in-dealership relationships to generate new dealership opportunities.
You will inherit a mixed portfolio that includes high-performing accounts as well as dealerships with meaningful upside. This is not a cold-calling role. New business is generated through trusted relationships, referrals, and expansion within dealer groups.
Success in this role is measured by driving consistent same-store sales growth across assigned dealership accounts while expanding the portfolio through relationship-based referrals and dealer group growth. Additional indicators of success include low churn, improved account stability, and overall net revenue growth of the book of business.
