We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Account Manager with our awesome team in Sydney.
The role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will take responsibility and be the key day-to-day liaison between the Clients, Agency, and Partners. You will lead projects and campaigns with a variety of lifestyle brands through brand awareness, acquisition, retention, and life cycle.
This role calls for a natural relationship builder with a sharp eye for detail and a feel for brand nuance – someone who can connect national strategy to local culture, ensuring every campaign feels seamless, authentic, and resonates with real customers.
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, integrated solutions that address client briefs and business objectives.
Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Collaborate across the dentsu network to drive client value, identify growth opportunities and deliver seamless outcomes.
Provide clear and accurate communication to clients, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact and ensuring alignment throughout projects.
Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to pitches, process improvements and new ways of working.
A Bit About You:
Strong experience in a creative or integrated advertising agency, ideally as a Senior Account Manager or an Account Manager ready to step up.
Solid understanding of integrated campaign delivery and production across multiple channels.
Highly organised with excellent project management, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
Creatively minded with a strong understanding of effective communications, industry trends and what drives great work.
Proactive, collaborative and commercially savvy, with the ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for clients and the business.
