As a Senior Account Manager / Senior Production Manager, you will play a key role within the Production & Account Management team, partnering closely with your Team Leader, the Strategic Savings Project Lead, and senior stakeholders including the Head of Strategic Operations and Client Partner. Operating as a senior delivery expert across your market(s), you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value and strategic production projects, ensuring excellence in execution, commercial rigour and client satisfaction, while contributing to savings performance, governance discipline and operational excellence. Working daily with production, procurement, strategy, suppliers and client-side stakeholders, you will drive high-quality execution, cost optimisation and consistent adherence to agreed ways of working, acting as a senior operational lead who owns outcomes, supports local and regional EMEA priorities, and helps deliver 2026 objectives.
Please note that this is a hybrid role supporting a client based in Vevey, Switzerland, and will require weekly travel to the client’s site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, high-spend and strategic production projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to agreed specifications. 
  • Manage end-to-end workflow across sourcing, supplier management, production timelines and quality control. 
  • Maintain disciplined use of tools, systems and governance processes. 
  • Partner directly with local clients on strategic/complex briefs, translating commercial and marketing objectives into production solutions. 
  • Communicate clearly, confidently and proactively with stakeholders; build strong relationships with suppliers and client stakeholders. 
  • Support the Team Leader with governance meeting preparation and QBR inputs where required. 
  • Own the client’s commercial objectives, proactively identifying cost/value optimisation, harmonisation and efficiency opportunities within market activity. 
  • Support rate card development through accurate specification creation and supplier engagement. 
  • Ensure compliance with defined processes and ways of working, raising improvement suggestions where gaps are identified. 
  • Improve campaign calendar visibility and early identification of opportunities. 
  • Maintain high accuracy in documentation, reporting inputs and financial tracking; share best practices across markets. 
  • Demonstrate accountability for workload management and flag capacity risks early.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in print / POS / production management (or equivalent). 
  • Strong understanding of marketing production and the sourcing value chain. 
  • Commercially aware and confident working with budgets and cost structures. 
  • Experience managing complex or high-value projects. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. 
  • Fluent in French and English (additional market language beneficial depending on cluster).

Skills Required
