Senior Account Manager, NC
About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager, with more than 6 years of experience in Sales field (Cardiology is preferred)
- Regional experience is a plus.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and optimize product margins
- Execute strategies (short and long term) to increase market share, through working with the marketing team to increase patient awareness, and doing the right field activities to do so.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments by identifying commercial opportunities in the region.
- Contributes to the development of annual strategic plan by providing RSM, BUM and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope.
- Work with channel partners on:
- identifying new business opportunities within the region.
- Analysing market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prioritizing accounts and identifying high-potential opportunities.
- Track channel partner’s sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and utilization.
- Develops the stakeholder map, defines touchpoints and action plan for each of them and ensures account information are timely updated into systems.
- Builds and maintains relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOL, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrators. promoting Health Economics arguments and engaging decision-makers to discuss commercial programs and solutions.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Follow up on channel partner’s financials.
- Monitor stocks and inventory.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's peripheral intervention products, including their features, benefits, and clinical applications.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, in-services, and training to customers on the safe and effective use of devices.
- Educate customers on the latest clinical data and best practices in cardiology especially in Modern PCI products (especially in IVUS & Rota) and preferably in LAAC.
- Stay up to date on new product launches and advancements in the field.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, clinical support, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve sales goals.
- Working in conformance with the Boston Scientific corporate guidelines, processes, and procedures.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- 6-10 years of experience in sales in medical companies.
- Good English skills.
- Able to work in a multi-functional and multicultural environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
