What you will do –
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with extensive experience in the healthcare industry to lead the management and growth of strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients at various levels within institutions, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative and customized solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop business relationships with strategic clients in the healthcare industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
- Develop personalized account strategies to maximize value for both clients and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure service excellence.
- Analyze market trends and competition to propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure sales and profitability targets are met.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
- Provide reports and account performance analysis to senior management.
What you will need –
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, is required. An MBA is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the healthcare industry is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, including government sales, regulations, trends, and current challenges is required.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools is required.
- Willingness to travel as needed is required.
