Will service accounts in the Korea region to maximize business opportunities and increase revenue for IP and Custom Silicon. You will work with the Sales & Marketing teams to implement sales strategies, value-added programs which are necessary for achieving sales targets, and report directly to the VP of Sales
What You'll Do:
- Increase revenue with existing and target customers
- Produce new opportunity pipeline each week to meet quarterly and annual quota targets
- Collaborate on account strategy and manage sales cycle for new and repeat sales
- Deliver and report accurate forecasts of your business.
- Gather market information on customer's activities, projects, and sales forecasts
- Be knowledgeable on products and markets such that we can match company solutions to customers' needs
- Work and engage with customers to understand their needs, translate customer challenges and opportunities into values to a suitable solution
- Achieve results and exceed targets
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 8 years of sales or marketing experience in an semiconductor industry with bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated closing and negotiation skills
- Relevant experience in large account sales
- A team leader, who is working within a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, qualitative and deduction skills.
- Ability to work both independently and harmoniously with a team.
- Independent, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- 25% travel preferred
- Able to speak English and Korean
