About the Role

Kaseya is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts with strong growth potential.

In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding and maximizing value within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth through proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Ownership & Expansion: Take full ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya's product suite to unlock new revenue.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, connecting with key decision-makers and aligning solutions to their evolving business needs.

  • Commercial Growth Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach, business reviews, and strategic planning to uncover opportunities and drive account expansion.

  • Adoption & Value Realization: Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, address gaps, and increase customer engagement to support long-term growth and retention.

  • Revenue Ownership: Own and consistently exceed revenue targets by driving expansion within your account portfolio.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize account potential.

  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage your pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, and track customer activity.

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in an account management or relationship-focused sales role.

  • Experience managing a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers.

  • Demonstrated success growing existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.

  • Experience managing a multi-product portfolio and executing a land-and-expand sales strategy.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders and drive long-term customer success.

  • Gestion de la relation client : Développer et renforcer les relations avec les clients existants en établissant des liens avec les principaux décideurs et en proposant des solutions adaptées à l'évolution de leurs besoins d'affaires.

  • Stratégie de croissance : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de comptes personnalisés, incluant des suivis réguliers, des revues d'affaires et des stratégies de croissance afin de favoriser l'expansion des comptes.

  • Adoption des solutions : Suivre les indicateurs d'utilisation et d'adoption des produits, cerner les écarts et accroître l'engagement des clients afin de soutenir leur fidélisation et leur croissance.

Qualifications requises
  • Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de gestion de comptes ou de vente axée sur le développement des relations.

  • Expérience dans la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients B2B en environnement SaaS.

  • Succès démontré dans le développement de comptes existants grâce aux ventes additionnelles (upsell), aux ventes croisées (cross-sell) et à l'expansion des comptes.
