Territory: West & Southwest Netherlands
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Joint Replacement division, owning and developing the West & Southwest Netherlands territory.
This is a senior individual contributor role, suited to a commercially driven professional who operates at advisor level with clinical customers and consistently delivers results in a target-driven environment.

Key responsibilities
Own and grow the Joint Replacement business across the assigned territory
Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts
Build strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders
Provide expert product support and case coverage in theatre
Develop and execute structured territory business plans, including pipeline and forecasting
Position Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio through a consultative, value-led sales approach
Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a role model within the sales team
Operate with the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and professionalism
What we’re looking for
6+ years of successful sales experience, ideally within medical devices
Joint Replacement experience strongly preferred; related implants, trauma, sports medicine, or similar backgrounds considered
Proven track record of consistent performance
Strong understanding of the medical device environment and relevant regulations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and Dutch
Valid driving licence
Education
Bachelor’s or equivalent in a relevant field
Working environment
This role requires regular travel within the West & Southwest Netherlands and frequent presence in operating theatres.
