Job Summary

    The Account Manager II, Physician & Leadership develops effective partnerships with facility client administrators and decision-makers. You will use a consultative approach to secure new contracts, increase customer share with current accounts, and generate and fill orders to ultimately drive growth in revenue and market share.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Establishes and cultivates long-term, effective partnerships with facility clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their current staffing trends, and future needs.
    • Prioritizes leads generated to prospect and qualify facility clients.
    • Negotiates contract terms (i.e. bill rates and other language and metrics) with client contacts and prepares new client contracts.
    • Updates all internal collaborators in real time using placement statuses and tasks in order to deliver the most qualified candidates to the client on time.
    • Identifies and pursues opportunities during client interactions to introduce new or different Physician and Leadership business solutions, and/or cross-sell solutions with other AMN divisions.

    Key Skills

    • Must possess a strong understanding of project management expectations
    • Experience managing both clients and candidates throughout the search process
    • Able to handle critical information and confidential situations on occasion
    • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and accomplish work in order of priority
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with people on all levels

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in a client-facing role
      • Experience in sales or account management

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate$23.00 - $28.50 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
