Come join our fast-growing Protein Fortification Sales Team. Be part of the growing trend for sustainable, plant-based protein from a domestic producer.
As a Senior Account Manager, Protein Fortification, you will be responsible for executing the sales budget for your assigned accounts primarily within Ingredion’s Protein Fortification portfolio. Your protein fortified sales will be augmented by Ingredion’s Healthful and Texture Solutions portfolio. You will also be responsible for growing a pipeline with your assigned customers as well as prospecting for new opportunities based on category and regional fit. You will also be responsible for communicating with leadership and platform team members based on your account needs and requirements to build success on the customer level.
You will report to Senior Sales Manager, Protein Fortification under the Healthful Solutions Sales Team led by the Health Solutions Sales Director.
What you will do:
- Deliver sales based on annual budget
- Grow the Protein Fortification pipeline
- Forecast monthly based on customer needs and pipeline wins
- Prospect for new customer for pipeline growth
- Attend all relevant and required tradeshows and events
- Be a collaborating team member
What you will bring:
- More than 10 years of selling specialty ingredients sales
- B.S., B.A. in business, food science, nutrition, biology or other disciplines that assist with technical and specialty sales
- History of success working remotely
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Office Apps
- Proficient with CRM systems for activity and opportunity tracking

$119,520.00-$159,360.00 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
