Responsibilities
- Facilitate growth on driving sales of book of Creator Economy business at Coda
- Take ownership of managing key accounts in different industry verticals, such as live streaming and reading
- Help drive key strategies to resolve any blockers or strategies that the creator economy business might or have run into and support relevant functions to make the changes happen
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments such as product, technical, finance, and marketing to ensure a successful partnership with key accounts
- Work collaboratively with Project Management, Engineering, Product, and Product Operations to ensure efficient and timely technical integrations
- Collaborate internally to create an interlock with Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to assist with cross-selling opportunities for key accounts
- Work in partnership with Marketing teams to facilitate go-to-market, live service, and key marketing campaign execution to drive revenue through repeat spend
Requirements
- At least 5 years in sales or account management roles; knowledge of live-streaming, creator economy, and the mobile app industries is preferred.
- A strong track record of leading key accounts in the B2B payment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a high-growth business
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Excellent presentation skills
