We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist with expertise in Amazon QuickSight and a strong AWS background. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in data visualization, dashboard development, reporting, and data analytics using cloud-based solutions. The role involves developing and maintaining dashboards, working with large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into insightful data visualizations.
- Manage and optimize large datasets using AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Athena, RDS, and Glue.
- Implement ETL processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting.
- Monitor and enhance dashboard performance for optimal efficiency and user experience.
- Develop automation scripts using Lambda for data refresh and reporting tasks.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards while working with AWS services.
- Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights to support business strategies.
- Work closely with data engineering teams for data pipeline optimization and integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting.
- Proven expertise with Amazon QuickSight for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, RDS, and Lambda.
- Experience in SQL and data querying tools for data extraction and transformation.
- Hands-on experience in ETL processes, data modeling, and data preparation techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize query performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
