EbizON is looking for a Senior Account Manager – Business Development to join our team in our Noida office. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage key accounts, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in client relationship management, sales strategy, and end-to-end business development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients/accounts
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements and propose customized tech and digital marketing solutions
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, operations) for seamless project execution
- Stay updated on market trends, digital solutions, and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office

Skills Required
