The Senior Account Lead– OE is responsible for managing and growing assigned Original Equipment (OE) customer accounts within the North America Consumer business. This role focuses on executing account strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering against revenue, profitability, and service objectives. The Account Executive serves as a key point of contact for OEM customers, ensuring alignment between customer needs and internal capabilities while driving consistent, operationally sound account performance.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Account Management & Execution:
• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned OE accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Execute established account strategies to support market share, revenue, and profitability targets across key customer segments.
• Identify and act on incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts through strong partnership and understanding of customer needs.

Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with OEM stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a trusted partner and primary contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing business needs.
• Support customer meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions to reinforce alignment and drive results.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Partner closely with internal teams including product development, channel & customer development, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered. 
• Coordinate execution of product launches, engineering approvals, and supply readiness to meet customer timelines.
• Escalate and help resolve operational or service issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer.

Strategic Support & Account Performance Management:
• Contribute to account planning by providing customer insights, market feedback, and competitive observations.
• Support the execution of broader OE strategy initiatives in alignment with regional and global priorities.
• Participate in internal alignment efforts to ensure priorities are clear and resources are effectively utilized.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and tracking of account performance metrics, while contributing to action plans to improve overall account performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or OE/customer-facing roles
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
