We are looking for a Senior Account Manager based in Germany who is ready to lead our most strategic customers into the AI-first era. As a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, you won't just be selling a platform; you will be the architect of their AI transformation. You will challenge your clients to think beyond traditional workflows, helping them leverage the OutSystems ecosystem to deploy Agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable competitive advantages.
What You Will Lead/Do or Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy Orchestration: Act as the primary lead for sales opportunities within assigned strategic accounts, positioning OutSystems as the foundational platform for Agentic solutions.
Strategic Advisory: Build credibility by understanding how AI, automation, and low-code can solve specific industry challenges and drive executive-level KPIs.
Account Evolution: Own the strategic account plan and QBRs, shifting the conversation from "maintenance" to "AI-driven expansion."
Value-Based AI Positioning: Create and deliver high-impact proposals to C-level decision-makers that highlight the ROI of AI-powered software lifecycles.
Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with GSIs and specialized AI boutique partners to expand the OutSystems footprint and integrate our platform into the client’s broader AI tech stack.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with other Sales, Solutions architects, Customer Success and Partners to ensure clients are successfully adopting new AI capabilities and features.
Strategic Enterprise Sales: Progressive experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of handling complex, high-value deal cycles.
AI Literacy: A strong understanding of the current AI landscape (GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic workflows) and the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value.
Elite Performance: History of consistently exceeding revenue targets (top 10-20% of performers) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to build deep rapport with C-suite stakeholders and act as a "challenger" to their status quo.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of direct and indirect selling experience
- 3+ years within the application & application development space, SaaS, PaaS, and Cloud offerings
- Strong technical sales background
- Experience with named account selling model
- Proven track record of partnering with Global and Local System Integrators and Channel Partners
