Senior Account Executive, New Logo
Germany (Frankfurt region preferred, hybrid)

Role Overview:Drive new enterprise customer acquisition across Germany, focusing on healthcare, life sciences, and other regulated industries, helping leading companies modernize customer engagement through AI-powered experience platforms. At Genesys, we are transforming the customer experience landscape with empathy, AI innovation, and global impact. In this role, you will own the full new logo sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to deal closure, positioning Genesys Cloud as a critical enabler of digital transformation. You will engage senior decision-makers, shape complex buying journeys, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will operate in a high-autonomy environment with strong cross-functional support. Success in this role is defined by building a strong market network, enabling early influence on opportunities, applying rigorous prioritization to maximize conversion, and consistently delivering new ACV bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute a new logo acquisition strategy within a defined enterprise territory
Build and sustain a high-quality pipeline through proactive prospecting, ecosystem collaboration, and targeted market engagement
Establish early relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to shape demand and influence buying criteria
Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles using MEDDPICC and value-based selling approaches
Orchestrate internal and external stakeholders including BDRs, marketing, partners, and solution consultants
Manage multiple concurrent opportunities with clear prioritization, strategy, and execution discipline
Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain strong CRM hygiene in Salesforce
Consistently close high-value new logo deals and ensure a structured handover of successfully closed customers for downstream account expansion
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on new logo acquisition
- Proven success selling complex SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders in large organizations
- Strong command of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Track record of building pipeline through self-generated activities and partner ecosystems
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Fluency in German and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling into healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries in Germany
- Background in customer experience, contact center, or AI-driven SaaS solutions
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills in enterprise environments
- Experience collaborating with partners in co-sell motions
