What you’ll accomplish with us 

  

 As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: 

  • Ensure business development and after-sales service (Group Insurance) by establishing solid business relationships with our network of advisors, by making them aware of our service offering and by building trust with them.

  • Deliver and strategically position our proposals (service offerings) in the market. Ensure the management and retention of a portfolio.

  • In collaboration with the Group Insurance Director, Distribution develop and implement the sales strategy, monitor, and coordinate sales activities with the various teams.

  • Promote the iA brand, represent the organization at industry events and plan events and activities with advisors.

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of finalist presentations.

  • Actively participate in the development and evolution of our service offering with our teams so that it is constantly aligned with the market reality.

  • In collaboration with our partners and advisors, develop personalized solutions adapted to the needs of our customers and prospects
