We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Senior Account Executive
This role supports a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients through client relationship management, account growth, and the delivery of tailored insurance solutions. You will work closely with colleagues across placement, advisory, and client service to support renewals, new business opportunities, and the ongoing development of accounts.
We will count on you to:
Manage and grow client relationships and a portfolio of business while contributing to team sales targets
Research client accounts to understand business needs, exposures, and loss experience, then apply that insight to support suitable solutions
Work with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives to develop and deliver renewal and placement strategies
Support new business activity by contributing to client presentations and helping shape practical solutions for prospective clients
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by drawing on a sound understanding of internal services, products, and client needs
Represent Marsh at industry events and conferences while building and maintaining a broad professional network
What you need to have:
At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial insurance environment
Well-developed business acumen and an understanding of core business functions
Tier 1 FSRA compliance

5 or more years’ experience in insurance broking
Experience managing a portfolio of complex accounts
