Are You a Relationship Builder with a Passion for Security?

As our Senior Account Executive, you'll be the trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their challenges and showcasing the power of Onfido. You'll drive retention and growth, working alongside a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

• Become the go-to expert on Onfido's technology and the identity verification landscape.

• Develop strategic partnerships, understanding your clients' businesses inside and out.

• Craft and execute short, medium, and long-term growth plans.

• Lead deal execution, from strategic assessment to negotiation.  

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of enterprise software/tech sales experience (security, infrastructure, or identity software preferred).

• Experience Selling in a SaaS and B2B Environment.

• A proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in managing and growing key accounts.

• Success in increasing net revenue retention.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• A disciplined, results-oriented approach.

• A strong interest in the value of digital identity.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the identity or security industry.

• MEDDIC/MEDDPICC/Force Management training.

• Experience in FinTech, crypto, travel, gaming, or APAC markets.
