Your Impact
We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team to help us further establish Irwin as a leader in the Investor Relations Software market. If you're eager to make an impact, learn, develop, and collaborate, we want to talk to you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Guide Investor Relations Managers through the buying journey to determine if Irwin is the optimal platform for their needs.
- Manage discovery calls, product demonstrations, pricing/ negotiations, legal/IT, and procurement discussions.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments, including the business development, marketing, client success, and product teams.
- Conduct successful trial training sessions with prospective clients.
- Participate in the initial onboarding call with the client success team after closing a sale.
- Provide customer and prospect feedback for consideration in product development.
- Accurately forecast opportunities and log activities in HubSpot.
- Attend industry conferences as required.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- 4+ years of SAAS closing experience (could be B2C or B2B).
- Experience with business development and/or lead generation, either in a full cycle environment or as a BDR/SDR.
- In depth knowledge of modern sales tools and methodologies.
- Experience with value and consultative selling.
- Experience with competitive displacements.
- Possess high levels of organization, grit, humility, and accountability.
- Familiarity with modern selling tools including Hubspot or Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.
- Experience in finance or capital markets, a plus.
This role reports directly to the VP, Head of Sales at Irwin.
The budgeted salary range for this position in Connecticut, California, and in New York City is $98,000-115,000.

- Screening & Resume Review: Evaluate all resumes and responses.
- Initial Interview (30 min): Meet with our TA team to discuss your motivators and align on role specifics.
- Second Interview (30-45 min): Interview with VP, Head of Sales, to assess your skills and fit.
- Third Interview (30 min): Interview with Co-Head of Irwin.
- Final Presentation: Prepare and present to a panel to showcase your expertise and alignment with Irwin.
