Your Role as a Senior Account Executive
- As a trusted advisor to some of the biggest B2B brands, you’ll lead the full sales cycle to uncover client pain points, craft tailored solutions, and win deals. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your consultative selling skills to:
- Own your pipeline: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
- Consult with impact: Uncover pain, present value, and drive urgency
- Influence the future: Provide insights to shape Oktopost’s growth and innovation
- Collaborate deeply: Partner with marketing, product, and SDR teams to succeed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- Value-based selling expertise with a consultative approach
- Knowledge of Sandler sales methodology is preferred
- An entrepreneurial spirit—ready to thrive in a fast-moving startup
- Top-notch communication and negotiation skills
