POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Account Executive, Sourcing is responsible for customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with clients and suppliers on all matters relating to print and campaign management services. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer services. Requests for quotations will be processed in a responsive manner and clients will be updated regularly on the progress of their work. Senior Account Executive, Sourcing will, in conjunction with the central procurement team, select the most appropriate supplier, negotiate costing and time-scales for each job, manage benchmark information and ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times. Orders will be processed in the most efficient manner available.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted.
- 5+ years previous experience in a similar print procurement or print management environment
- Experience in managing a budget and achieving targets
- Experience negotiating pricing
- Excellent client facing and customer service skills, with an ability to build relationships and develop new business
- Commercially strong and numerate
- Committed, resilient and prepared to work extra hours as required
- Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing. Can manage change, and keep a clear perspective of end goals
- May require people management experience
- Team worker, with positive outlook who can inspire and motivates peers
- Focus on project management, timely delivery and achievement of Key Performance Indicators
- Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
JOB DUTIES

- *Full understanding of litho (sheet/web) print process, advising on most suitable equipment and suppliers for all print jobs
- *Advise on economic formats, work with clients and vendors to derive cost effective and fit for print projects
- *Provide technical input and advice on print projects as required
- *Project relevant negotiations as and where needed
- *Procurement and project management of campaigns with understanding of Marketing objectives
- *Take accurate information from our Clients, formulating full production briefs
- *Produce detailed print specifications to suppliers
- *Maintain tracking of all projects in procurement tool
- *Train and supporting colleagues and client in best use of the system
- *Adhere to defined ordering, authorization and billing process
- *Work within Tag's operating budget
- *Produce and analyze end of month reports
- *Develop a good understanding of the client's business and industry sector
- *Build relationships with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations
- *Develop strong relationships with suppliers
- *Demonstrate an understanding of the technological direction of the industry and how these advances will benefit the client
- *Mentor colleagues as appropriate
- *Guide and manage the workflow on a daily basis
- *Resolve client/ supplier issues, escalate where appropriate
- *Implement and use best practice principles
