Job Brief
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Senior Accounts Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while actively driving new business acquisition.
In this role, you will operate as both a hunter and farmer — responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities, as well as deepening relationships with existing clients to maximise lifetime value. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solutions delivered align with their business goals while uncovering opportunities for expansion.
This role requires a strong balance of sales acumen, relationship management, and operational discipline, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive revenue growth in a structured, process-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to expand the company’s customer base
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts and market segments
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and solutions
Own revenue targets for both new business and existing accounts
Track, analyse, and forecast sales performance and account metrics
Use data insights to refine strategies and improve conversion and retention rates
Own and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
