Job Brief

    We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Senior Accounts Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while actively driving new business acquisition.

    In this role, you will operate as both a hunter and farmer — responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities, as well as deepening relationships with existing clients to maximise lifetime value. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solutions delivered align with their business goals while uncovering opportunities for expansion.

    This role requires a strong balance of sales acumen, relationship management, and operational discipline, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive revenue growth in a structured, process-driven environment.

What You'll Do

    Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to expand the company’s customer base

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts and market segments

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and solutions

  • Revenue & Performance Management

  • Own revenue targets for both new business and existing accounts

  • Track, analyse, and forecast sales performance and account metrics

  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve conversion and retention rates

  • Account Growth & Client Management

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers

  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention

  • Proactively identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions to support their evolving business objectives

  • Drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell opportunities

  • Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate the successful delivery of solutions in alignment with client expectations and internal capabilities

  • Ensure structured account management processes are followed, including CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting

  • Communicate clearly on project status, risks, and opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Continuously identify areas to improve client experience and internal workflows

What We Seek

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role

  • Proven track record in both new business acquisition and account growth

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close revenue opportunities

  • Experience managing full sales cycles and handling client negotiations

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools and Excel

  • Highly organised with a structured, process-driven approach to managing pipelines and accounts

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at multiple levels

  • Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Preferred

  • Experience in logistics / tech-enabled platforms / marketplaces

  • Exposure to B2B sales environments with mid-to-large clients

  • Ability to mentor junior team members or contribute to process improvements
