Job DescriptionQuadient Canada is seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our Vancouver-based sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across an assigned territory. You will leverage a consultative sales approach to position Quadient's comprehensive portfolio of hardware and software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations and achieve their business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets in a B2B environment, managing complex sales cycles, and building executive-level relationships.
- Market and sell Quadient Canada's full portfolio of hardware and software solutions to both new and existing customers.
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Apply effective sales methodologies and strategic account planning to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and decision-makers across various industries.
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver consultative solution recommendations aligned to customer objectives.
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records within Salesforce CRM.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and forecasting activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and successful solution implementation.

- Minimum of 3+ years of successful B2B direct sales experience, preferably in technology, software, SaaS, business solutions, or related industries.
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market conditions, identify opportunities, and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proven success managing complex solution-based sales cycles and consultative selling engagements.
- Experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Exceptional business acumen and the ability to articulate ROI and business value propositions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and resourcefulness in resolving customer challenges.
