We are looking for a curious, insightful and client-focused Senior Research Executive (Senior Account Executive) to join our Taiwan team. In this role, you will support client servicing and project delivery by transforming data into actionable insights, while building strong relationships with clients. You will gain hands-on experience in FMCG market analysis and develop both analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients

2. Understand client business challenges and provide thoughtful, insight-led recommendations

3. Respond to client enquiries promptly and provide professional suggestions

4. Transform shopper behavior data into clear, compelling insights that drive client decision-making

5. Deliver presentation of findings in both Chinese and English

6. Demonstrate efficient and effective project management to ensure timely delivery at high-quality standard

7. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery

8. Being able to spot sales opportunity by focusing on client business issue and support team leaders

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.

• Exposure to multiple FMCG categories.

• Experience in market research or related functions in either agency side or client side.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken)

• Proficient in MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and generate insights

• Strong client service and account management ability.

• Strong project management skills.

• A team player and willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges in mature and professional manners.
