We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Account Executive

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of medium to large corporate accounts and support Senior Brokers on key accounts across the cyber portfolio. You will work closely with clients, insurers and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate service and help identify opportunities for growth and retention. You will also help coordinate support staff and contribute to the commercial performance of the portfolio.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of medium to large corporate accounts and support Senior Brokers on key accounts

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders

  • Deliver client service in line with agreed service standards and help identify and respond to client needs

  • Oversee account retention, defence and growth activity across the portfolio

  • Support claims discussions and assist with the negotiation of fair claim settlements for clients

  • Coordinate and support Account Executives and administrative staff through clear communication, delegation and performance management

What you need to have:

  • Meets the training requirements of Tier 1 FSRA Compliance

  • Associate membership with The Institute

  • Admission as a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker by the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia

  • Proven experience in account management, client service and supporting commercial insurance portfolios
