Senior Account Executive
What You'll Do
Responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
What we're looking for
  • Provides support to acquirers, network to network partners, issuers, and processors, and conducts necessary research.
  • Supports participants through the semi-annual release process by managing and coordinating efforts.
  • Analyzes end-to-end transaction processing, and troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints.
  • Travels up to 10% of the time as required by the role.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, or Engineering or in lieu of a degree: 4 years of experience in payments or financial services.
  • 2 years of experience in payments or financial services

Preferred Qualification
  • Prior experience supporting business development teams and onboarding new franchises.
  • Advanced technical aptitude related to payment systems networks, issuers, and processors.
