Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive (remote sales job) with strong B2B full-sales cycle experience and experience in marketing, lead generation, and ROAS-driven campaigns.

This role is ideal for a high-performing closer who understands both sales and performance marketing, and can confidently sell solutions tied to ROI, CAC, LTV, and funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and inbound channels
  • Present and sell solutions tied to lead generation, paid media, and ROAS optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales messaging with campaign performance and funnel metrics
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, KPIs, and marketing challenges
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Track and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and deal velocity
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with decision-makers
  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on campaign performance insights

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Account Executive or closing roles (B2B preferred)
  • Proven experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or performance-driven solutions
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, paid ads, funnels, and ROAS
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate marketing metrics into business value and ROI conversations
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, high-performance environment
