We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity - Strata Team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth objectives of Honan by assisting with managing and developing business within a nominated portfolio in our Strata team. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service, including ongoing client engagement, meticulous risk and insurance program administration, provision of technical expertise, and active participation in business development initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with various departments within Marsh.

Meet and exceed service standards as agreed in client service agreements.
Take a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
Support the Team with taking a proactive approach to triaging new business opportunities through the existing client base.
Adhere to Marsh quality practices, including following all Marsh procedures.
Work closely with insurer partners to negotiate favourable solutions for clients.
What you need to have:
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher
At least 3+ years in general lines insurance broking.
Clear and effective communication skills with strong dedication to client service, with a knack for anticipating and exceeding client needs.
Ability to work independently within a multi-skilled team.
Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage workloads, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Skilled in problem-solving and creative thinking.
